I was shocked by listening sudden demise of Com.D.Ramasubbareddy, Former Circle President today early in the morning. We all remember his great services rendered to the Union during his tenure. On behalf of Circle Union I Convey my deep condolences to his family members. AIPEU Group-C Circle union dips its flag in respect of the great leader.

New Amendment to CCS (Leave) Rules 1972-Government Notification issued

Dear comrades,
Union Government issued Notification vide dated 29/03/2012 to amend CCS (Leave) Rules 1972. As per the Amendment
12(1) No Govet. Servant shal be granted any kind of leave for a continuous period exceeding 5 years
(2) Unless the President, in vieew of the exceptional circumstances of the case, otherwise determines a Govt. Servant who remains absent from duty for a continuous period exceeding five years other than on foreign service with or without leave shall be deemed to have resigned to the Govt. sErvice. Provided that a reasonable opportunity to explain the reasons for such absence shall given to that Govt. Servant before provisions of sub rule (2) are invoked.

Dear Comrades,
Union Government declared a Closed Holiday on account of Birth day of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar i.e. 14th April 2012 vide Memo No.F.12/2/2012-JCA-2 dated 27/03/2012. The Holiday is also notified in exercise of powers conferred by Section 25 of the negotiable instruments Act  1881.(26 of 1881).

One Increment benefit to the employees whose increment fals between February to June-Orders issued by the Finance Ministry

Dear comrades,
As agreed in the Anomaly committee finance Ministry issued orders vide Memo No.10/02/2011-E.III A dated 19/03/2012. According to the order employees whose increment falls between February 2006 to June 2006 will get one additional increment in the pre revised scales.

MINISTRY OF FINANCE ISSUED ORDERS GRANTING ONE TIME MEASURE INCREMENT ON 1.1.2006

FOR ALL OFFICIALS WHOSE INCREMENT FELL DUE BETWEEN FEBRUARY AND JUNE 2006

JCM STANDING COMMITTEE MEETING HAD EARLIER DECIDED TO CONSIDER GRANT OF THE ABOVE INCREMENT AND ACCORDINGLY THE GOVERNMENT HAS NOW ISSUED ORDERS

ALL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES AS ON DUTY ON 1.1.2006 AND WHOSE DATE OF INCREMENT WAS BETWEEN FEBRUARY AND JUNE WOULD BE NOW GIVEN AN INCREMENT IN THE PRE-REVISED SCALE OF PAY AS 'ONE TIME MEASURE' AND THEN AGAIN ANOTHER INCREMENT ON 1.7.2006.

ALL SUCH OFFICIALS WHOSE PAY WILL BE REFIXED W.E.F. 1.1.2006 SHOULD GET ARREARS AND OFFICIALS WHO RETIRED AFTER 1.1.2006 WILL GET THEIR PENSION UPWARDLY REVISED WITH ALL CONSEQUENTIAL RETIREMENT BENEFITS.

Four Monthly Meeting

It is informed by the CIrcle office that four monthly meeting scheduled to be on 27-3-2012 is stands post poned to 17-4-2012.RJCM meeting is also differed. All the Circle Secretaries are requested to inform  to the Convener whether the Circle Co-ordination Committe is  to be conducted on the same day or it may be conducted at a later date.
