Permission to the candidates who are appearing for Combined Graduate Examination on 26/10/2014-Circle Office Orders
Dear Comrades,
On constant persuasion with the Circle Administration, CO had issued orders vide email dated 21/10/2014 by exempting from the duty of invigilation to the officials who are appearing for Combined Graduate Examination on 26/10/2014. All Circle office bearers and All Divisional/Branch Secretaries are requested to note the orders and should see that the leave should be granted by the competent authority to the said officials.

Item No.1-11/2013:- Provision
of bore well with motor in the premises of Sullurpet SO: sullurupet is a Grade
I Post office in Gudur division. Since more than 10 months no water is
available. 3 competitive quotations have been submitted to RO by SPOs, Gudur
during 12/2012. Expedite the action immediately in this regard.
Reply:- SPOs, Gudur met the
AD(HG) at Nellore on 2.9.2014. They promised to attend the job within a week’s
time.

No.3-2/2014:- Immediate dequaterisation of the following

division since the accommodation of the quarter portion as per SOA.

Reply:- Allotment
of funds awaited for purchase of computers. Regarding repairs to printers &
UPS AMC agreement has entered into on 11.08.2014 & 18.8.2014 respectively.

No.3-6/2014:- Sanction of HRA to SPM Kodavalur SO in
Nellore Division.
The quarters
attached to SPM, Kodavalur SO is damaged and roof plaster is broken and falling
down is pieces. SPM represented to SPOs Nellore and SPOS visited twice the
office on 04.08.2012 and 13.9.2012.
SPOs
replied that the issue is pending at RO. Expedite action immediately.
Reply:- AE has
submitted his report and he intimated that appropriate cost for Rs.8 lakhs for repairs to the annual maintains to
Kodavalur SO. Again AE was addressed on 19.08.2014 to intimate whether the
quarters are habitable or inhabitable.AE© letter dated 22.08.2014 intimated
that quarters will be habitable after carrying out of require repairs.
The proforma information was received from SPOs, Nellore and the proposal is under
process.

Item No.1-9/2014:- Revision
of MDW at Pattabhipuram SO in Guntur division.
This issue was
notified in the monthly meeting as on item no01/3-2012. The issue was not
settled even after completion of 2 and half years by SPOs . This is the live
example of the functioning Divisional superintends. Expedite immediate action
in this regard.
Reply:- SPOs
reported that the approved MDW of Pattabhipuram SO has been dispatched on 2.9.2014 to SO .

No.2-9/2014:- Electrical repairs to departmental quarters
of Udayagiri SO in Nellore division. The electrical wires in the quarters of
SPM and PA of Udayagiri SO in Nellore division are hanging and electrical
switchers are not in use. SPOs Nellore replied to the division union item that
he addressed a letter to RO, Vijayawada to direct the AE(Electrical) for
repairs. Expedite action immediately.
Reply:- SPOs, Nellore submitted that no
electricians are available who are capable of making repairs to the
departmental Quarters at Udayagiri SO. The electrician from Nellore Town will be
deputed to Udayagiri SO to attend the electrical repairs.

No.3-9/2014:- Replacement of uncharged
UPS batteries in Narasaraopet division. SPOs Narasaraopet submitted a proposal
to RO Vijayawada for supply of Batteries. Expedite action immediately.
Reply:- Regarding replacement of UPS Batteries, funds
are yet to be received.
Regarding procurement of batteries, tender was floated on 26.5.14 and
retender floated on 30.6.2014.Both the tenders were unsuccessful. Again tender
is being floated. However, funds yet to be received from CO. (Item
