Sir,

                    Service unions vide their memorandum dated 29.11.2018 had requested trainings on Technology Modules. In this regard, as directed by the competent authority, it is requested to identify officers/ officials to whom retraining is required to be imparted in all the Technology areas viz., CSI/ CBS/ DARPAN/ McCamish etc., and take necessary action for imparting the same through concerned Divisional/ Regional level WCTCs with the help of User Champions. Action taken report on the same may please be included in change management monthly reports being submitted to this office.
