Finanace ministry, Department of Expenditure in its order dated 29/01/09 it is clarified that while drawing the increment 3% of the basic pay comes Rs.1/- and above only may be rounded off to next Rs.10/-, below Rs.1/-may be ignored.This circular is not circulated by the department, and its an important order to us.
