DOPT issued orders as recommended by the 6th CPC and Govt. of India.AS per these orders now there are Three financial upgradation in entire career of a Govt.Servant instead of Two(earlier) i.e.for 10,20&30.For this a screening committee has to be constituted in each Ministry/Department or Head of the Department/Compitent authority to approve the cases.This committee has to meet twice in a year to clear the cases.However our department sent a file to DOPT for approval of ACP to Postal Employees as opted by our federation in place of earlier TBOP/BCR.For details please click the link below to get the order copy
