DOPT in its order No.12011/16/2009-(Allowance) dated 13/11/2009 it is clarified that Vidyalaya Vikas Nidhi charged by Kendriya Vidyalayas is reimbursable as per items detailed in para 1(e) of the DOPT order No.12011/3/2008-Allowance dated 02/09/2008.
