DOPT issued Child Care Leave clarification regarding the age limit of the disabled children vide Memo No.13018/6/2009-Estt.(L) dated 03/03/2010. For disabled children the CCL can be availed up to the age of 22 years if the disability of the child is more than 40%. For order copy please click the below link and down load.
