It is known from the confidential sources that the directorate vide memo dated 11/05/2012 asked the circles to furnish the vacancy position for the year 2011-12 by 25/05/2012. In turn Circle office issued orders to Regions to furnish the vacancy position category wise DR quota including DP quota vacancies after considering all Rule-38 applications vide letter dated 15/05/2012. It is requested to all divisional secretaries to take care while calculating the vacancy position with the divisional administration.
