PART-A

            In continuation of orders contained in this office memo of even no dated  8/4/2013 the competent authority has ordered the following reallotment in the cadre of HSG-II Accounts Line official immediately and until further orders

In pursuance of the orders of Hon’ble CAT in OA No.129/2007 dated 18/2/2010 filed by Sri.K.Ranganatham and Directorate’s orders vide letter No.F.No.93-7/2010-SPB-II dated 1/9/2010 the competent authority has ordered the following notional promotion  in  the cadre of HSG-II APM Accounts line in the pay band-2 Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade pay Rs.4200/- to the  following LSG APM Accounts official from the dates noted and allotted to the regions shown against their names as below  immediately and until further orders.

PART-C

           

The competent authority has ordered the following promotions in the cadre of HSG-II Accounts Line in the pay band-2 Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade Pay-Rs.4200/- to the following LSG APM Accounts official  and allotted to the regions shown against their names as below immediately and until further orders.

            The Postmaster General, Vijayawada/Kurnool/Hyderabad  Regions will issue necessary posting orders against HSG-II APM Accounts Postal to the officials allotted to their regions immediately.

            The above officials in part B&C may exercise option for fixation of pay under provision of FR 22(1)(a)(1) if they were not granted MACP-II with Grade Pay Rs.4200/- & III with Grade Pay Rs,4600/-   previously with in one month from the date of assumption of charge in the promoted  post.

            If any disc cases are pending against the promoted official, he should not be relieved on his promotion and the same may be intimated to this office.

            In case any official declines promotion an unconditional declination letter may please be forwarded to this office/Circle office for its acceptance without any delay.

            The officials should accept/decline the promotion unconditionally in writing within one month from the date of issuance of this order.

            Charge reports may be sent to all concerned.
