Review of pending items

1)      Arrangement of protection for the site at Autonagar area in Nuzivid town in Gudivada dn to avoid illegal encroachment

2)      Repairs to m v nagar po in gudur Division as building is in damage condition.

3)      Provision of space for recreation club and lunch room for women employees at Guntur ho.

4)      Supply of computer chairs to all C Class offices in Bhimavaram dn. All most all C class offices in Bhimavaram Division were supplied with computers and they were installed. But no computer chairs were supplied so far. Divisional office Bhimavaram already indent for allotment of funds for purchase of computers chairs.    

Fresh items

1-11/2013.      Provision of bore well with motor in the premises of Sullurpet SO :

                  Sullurpet is a Grade I post office in Gudur Division. Since   more than 10

                  months no water is available. 3 competitive quotations have been

submitted to RO by SPOs Gudur during 12/2012. Expedite the

 action immediately in this regard.

2-11/2013.      Provision of new post office at “APACHI” SEZ  Sullurpeta where more

                        than 10 thousand employees are working.   There is every possibility to

                        improve our PO business activities if we established a post office in

                        “APACHI” premises.

3-11/2013.      Supply of laminated printed identity cards to all departmental

 Employees in gudur Division.

SPOs Gudur Division replied that the issue taken up with RO. Expedite the

 action immediately
