            This is to intimate that Postmaster General has fixed bi-monthly meetings with all Service Unions/Associations on 21.11.2013.  You are, therefore, requested to send the list of items to be discussed in the meeting  to this office on or before 12.11.2013 for examination .  If no items are received by 12.11.2013, it will be presumed that there are no items for discussion in the meetings.  Items received after the due date shall not be considered.  The number of items & number of representatives are three and two respectively.
