   Respected  Sir,

         The following items are submitting for discussion in the bi-monthly meeting scheduled to be held on 6^th  May 2014 .This union will be represented by S/s 1) DASV Prasad Circle Secretary PA Secunderabad .HO 2) B.Sreedhara Babu Circle Organising  Secretary, PA  Thirupathi Division.

Review of pending items:

1) Non stoppage of recovery of union subscription by DDOs in Tirupathi  

                  Division from the official who has given  letter to withdraw their    

                  membership from the union .

2)Drawl of HRA to SPM Penukonda Fort Sub Post Office:

                  

.       3) Providing of safety measures for remittance and keeping of heavy cash at SOs and BOs      

              exceeding authorised limits in Chittoor Division.

4)      Supply of one more Godrej cash chest to treasury branch  of Chittoor HO for keeping heavy cash. 

  

Fresh items:

1-4/2014: Repairs to the Electrical Generators at the following offices in Ananthapuram Division

a)    Gooty RS SO b) Tadipatri .SO c) Ananthapur .HO

SPOs Ananthapur stated that submission of LPC minutes to RO Kurnool. 

2-4/2014: Non implementation of Chief Postmaster General order no ST/Union/Misc-II/2012 Dated 29-7-2013.for engaging SDCs based on shortage in B class offices By SSPOs Chittoor Division

SSPOs Chittoor replied in the Divisional monthly meeting that RO was addressed for clarification on 14-2-2014. Expedite action in this regard. 

3-4/2014: Non functioning  of UPS at Bandi Atmakur SO in Nandyal Division.

SPOs stated that the matter was already taken up with RO. Expedite action in this regard.
