Sub: Multi Task  Staff Direct Recruitment examination –posting of invigilators.-reg.

This is brought to our union notice that the Department is conducting Multi Task Staff Direct Recruitment examination on 7^th June 2015. The Department has to allot the staff to perform the duty of invigilation.

 In this connection we bring to your notice that the Bi-ennial Conference of AIPEU Gr’C’ (CHQ) is scheduled to be held from 4^th June 2015 to 7^th June 2015 at Lucknow , Uattar Pradesh. Our Circle is sending Delegates to the conference from all the Divisions of Andhra Pradesh  . The list of names of  delegates is  already submitted to all Divisional Superintendents in the respective Divisions. The individual delegates will be submitting their applications for grant of special casual leave so as to attend the conference.

In view of the above we submit to you to direct the Divisional Superintendents to spare the staff who are going to attend the conference, and not to allot them to the duties of Invigilation. We request for immediate direction so as to avoid confusion and duplicity of work.
