 Review of old Item: 1)  Provision of Tiffin room to staff of PSD.

 Fresh Items:

 1-6/2015: Immediate shifting of Boduppal PO Bldg.

                Presently the floor of the PO bldg is completely damaged and there is no  

                  basic amenities. SSPOs replied that this issue was addressed to RO on 15- 

                5 - 2015. Expedite action immediately.

 2-6/2015: Provide electrical gensets to the following offices in Hyderabad South East 

               Division. a)Vaisali Nagar SO b) SVP NPA SO.

               SSPOs replied that this issue was already taken up with  Circle Office                        and again reminded.

 3-6/2015: Augmentation of PA posts in the following offices in Hyderabad SE div.

                   a)P&T Colony b)Saroor Nagar c)Uppal d)Amberpet e)Saidabad f)                                     Hyderguda g) Shalibanda h) Stn.Kachiguda HO.i)IENacharam j)LB Nagar                        k)Hayat Nagar l)Shamshabad m)SVPNPA.

                  SSPOs replied that a proposal was submitted to CO on 15-4-2015 for  

                  Sanction of PA posts as per work load.
