of pending items:

Repairs
to Generator of Draksharamam SO of Rajahmundry Division.

Supply
of water cooler to Vizianagaram HO.

Items:
1-9/2015: Repairs to cycle shed at
Vijayanagaram .HO.
The cycle shed at Vijayanagaram .HO is completely
damaged at the time of HUDUD cyclone. It is requested to take up
that work immediately.
2-9/2015: Immediate replacement of
Genset battery at Nagaram LSG SO in
Amalapuram Division.
SPOs Amalapuram replied
that a proposal submitted to RO on 2nd July
2015. Expedite action
immediately for approval.
3-9/2015: Immediate supply of batteries
toDwarapudi .SO in Rajahmundry
Division.
SPOs Rajahmundry Division
replied that requirement projected to RO
on 11-3-2015. Expedite
action immediately for supply of batteries.
