Clarification on increase in certain allowances from 01/01/2014-DOPT orders

Dear Comrades,
DOPT vide its OM No.A-27012/1/2014-Estt(A) dated 28/04/2014 it is clarified that CEA will be enhanced 25% w.e.f 01/01/2014 as the DA has reached to 100% from 01/01/2014.

Sub: Non settlement of employees issues in Hyderabad South East Division-submission of     

         Memorandum –Reg.

          The Divisional Secretary of AIPEUGr ’C’ Hyderabad South East Division has brought to the notice of the Circle Union that SSPOs Hyderabad South East Division is not responding to settle the problems raised by the Divisional Union though periodical meeting are being held regularly.

            The Divisional union having waited for a long period expecting settlement of the problems ,have submitted a detailed memorandum to the SSPO’s Hyderabad South East Division .

              I am here with enclosing a copy of the memorandum.

              A kind of discontentment is brewing among the staff due to the indifferent attitude of SSPOs HSE Division on non settlement of the issues. In view of this our Circle Union request your intervention. We request you to direct DPS (Hqrs) to convene a meeting of Circle union ,Divisional and SSPOs HSE so as to have elaborate discussions and an amicable settlement of staff issues.

              Circle union requests you to take an early action in this regard.

Dear Comrades,

Circle Union had taken up the issue with All India Union regarding allotment of sufficient Medical funds to A.P.Circle so that all the bills have to be cleared and to ensure that the credit facility may be provided to the serving employees without any hindrance. The following information was sent to CHQ vide email dated 26/03/2014. It was also replied by the CHQ that noted for necessary action in this regard. The contents of the email are reproduced here with for the information of the members.

"Circle office has projected Medical funds Rs.9,88,00,000/- in Revised Estimates to Directorate. In turn Directorate has allotted Rs.6,10,00,000/-. But our circle has already utilised Rs.3,00,00,000/- over and above the allotted funds before granting the above 6 crores. Now finally in Final Grants Circle office has projected Rs.4,42,00,000/- to the Directorate.  As of now there are no funds with Circle office".
