Subject: Continuation of ad-hoc promotion made in the cadre of HSG.I
Sir/Madam,

I am directed to refer to this Department’s letter of even number dated 29th October 2010 on the above mentioned subject and to say that it has been decided with the approval of Department of Personnel & Training to further continue the ad-hoc arrangements for a period of six more months i.e. upto 19th May 2011 or till the Recruitment Rules are finalized and regular arrangements are made in accordance with that, whichever is earlier. It has also been decided to continue the ad-hoc arrangement made as per Sub-para 3 (ii) of this Directorate letter dated 01st May 2009 for a period of six months or till the Recruitment Rules are finalized and regular arrangements are made in accordance with that, whichever is earlier.
2. It is therefore, requested to that the ad-hoc promotion initially made in HSG.I as per instructions contained in this Department’s letter of even number dated 20th November 2006 and as per Sub para 3 (ii) of the letter dated 01st May 2009, may be further continued accordingly.

3. This issue with the approval of DDG (P).

Arrangements for 1st All India Women Convention-Circular by Confederation.

Dear Comrade,

As decided in National Council Meeting held in Mumbai on 1st December, 2010, 1st Women's Convention will be held in Kolkata on 7th & 8th February, 2011.
An auditorium at Moulali Yuba Kendra, Moulali, Kolkata-14 has been booked for the Convention from the evening of 6th February, 2011 to the morning of 9th February, 2011. Delegates will be accommodated in the dormitory located in the upstairs of the auditorium. Besides accommodation has been booked in Hotel Inox International, 113A, A.J.C. Bose Road, Kolkata-14 located across the road of the venue. The venue is only 2 minutes walk from Sealdah Railway Station. Delegates and Guests will have to carry identity Card for stay in Kolkata. This is in terms of recent circular of West Bengal Govt.
Meals etc. Will be provided from the night of 6th February, 2011 (Dinner) to the morning of 9th February, 2011 (Breakfast). Delegates may be suggested to carry light warm clothes.
Number of Women Delegates and their male escorts (if any) alongwith arrival information (Train name and Number, time, name of Station, etc.) may please be communicated to the Joint Convenors of the Reception Committee in the e-mail of the Co-ordination Committee (with SMS intimation) or in the address given below. However, in the event of emergency Delegates may approach the Working President, Joint Convenors in the mobile number furnished below.
This may kindly be communicated to affiliates and State units of Confederation.

Ceiling for reimbursement of Special Nursing and Ayah/Attendant charges to the Employees covered under CS(MA) Rules,1944-Orders issued by Health Ministry

Dear Comrades,
Health Ministry issued latest orders on Ceiling for reimbursement of Special Nursing and Ayah/Attendant charges to the employees covered under CS(MA), Rules 1944 vide Memo No.S.14025/8/2010-MS dated 18/01/2011.According to the Health Ministry OM No.S14025/74/86-MS dated 30/10/1991 an arrangement for reimbursement for Special nursing  has been made which stipulates that the amount of such reimbursement is limited to the amount which is in excess of 25% of the pay of the Government Servant. Keeping in view  the incresae in pay and allowances and wages of nurses and ayah/attendants and in order to simplify the existing procedure, it has been decided to fix ceiling rates of special nurse and ayah/attendant for reimbursement to CS(MA) beneficiaries. The ceiling rates for such reimbursement to CS(MA) beneficiaries would be as follows.
1.Special Nurse                     Rs.150 per shift of 12 hours
2.Ayah/Attendant                  Rs.75 per shift of 12 hours

The reimbursement of special charges for nurse and ayah/attendant at above rates is subject to the condition that for such purpose a certificate from the medical offiicer-in-charge of the case in the hospital and countersigned by the medical superintendent of the hospital should be produced in the prescribed form as enclosed in the following order.

Clarification regarding reimbursement of Ambulance charges to CGHS Beneficiaries-Latest guide lines issued by Health Ministry

Dear Comrades,
Ministry of Health and fAmily Welfare,Department of Health and FAmily Welfare issued a detailed clarification regarding reimbursement of Ambulance charges to CGHS vide Memo No.S.4924/2010/CGHS(R&H)/CGHS(P) dated 17/01/2011.
It is clarified that expenditure incurred on engagement of Ambulance by CGHS beneficiaries, comprising both serving Govt.Employees and pensioners,is reimbursable provided that.
1.The doctor treating the patient certifies in writing that conveyance of patient by any other mode would definitely endanger the patient's life or would grossly aggravate his/her condition and
2.That the journey is undertaken within the same city

Makara Sankarathi Holiday on 15/01/2011 for operative offices in AP Circle

Dear Comrades,
Earlier Cirale office issued orders that the Makara Sankrathi Holiday is on 14/01/2011 as placed Holiday list in this website.But actually the festival is going to be celebrated on 15/01/2011, Hence on the request of RJCM, AP Circle the CPMG has been changed the Makara Sankrathi Holiday to 15/01/2011 instead of 14/01/2011.Hence 14/01/2011 is a working day for operative offices.It is requested to please note the change.
