  1. Dear Sir,
I feel ashamed to comment on this old rudimentary Rule of Annexure-II which has subsequently been revised by non other than DOPT vide DOPT OM No.3/19/2009 Estt (Pay II) dated 05 April 2010 and promulgated vide Ministry of Communication & IT, DOP Pay Cell No 4-4/2008-PCC Dated 23 Oct 2013 for applicability to re-employed ex-servicemen. Hoe the Honorable CS of AP Circle would take cognizance ( a note of the facts ) that, other Central Govt. Departments like Income Tax, Ministry of labour , railway have granted pay fixation to their re-employed ex-servicemen vide ibid DOPT order.
Can the CS, Mr Prasd elaborate the applicability and make any one understand the meaning of above pre-revised Rule at Annexure-II ? It is shameful act to hide the genuine demands of war veterans under the old rudimentary rules and support the nefarious & henious design of DA(P) Officials. I would like to remind Mr Prsad that, "No one can be great at the cost of his honesty, No woman can be greet at the cost of her chastity and no nation can be great at the cost of its integrity" If ex-servicemen do not deserve a fair deal from your end ...may GOD bless you.
