Mahasivaratri Holiday restored

Dear Comrades,
In the List of Holidays supplied by the C.O.letter No.OS/17-5/2010 dated 30/11/2009 it is mentioned that Mahasivaratri (12/02/2010) is a closed holiday and Ganesh Chaturthi (11/09/2010) is a RH. Circle Co-ordination committee has taken up the issue to declare Ganesh Chaturthi as a closed Holiday subsequently CO issued orders vide their letter dated  13/01/2010 for declaring Ganesh Chathurthi (11/09/2010) as a closed holiday and Mahasivaratri as a RH. But it is observed that 11/09/2010 is a closed holiday on account of Id-Ul Fitre. The same has been brought to Circle co-ordination committee and it is again takenup with the department and finally C.O. again issued oders videtheir Lr.No.OS/17-5/2010 dated 29/01/2010 to cancel their order dated 13/01/2010 and resored their first order dated 30/11/2009 i.e.Mahasivaratri(12/02/2010) is a  Closed Holiday and Ganesh Chaturthi(11/09/2010) is a RH as it was a closed Holiday on account of Idul Fitre. The order is placed here for the information of members.

DOPT issued a wonderfull order regarding Govt. servants covered by New Pension Scheme

According to this order Govt. Servants who appointed on or after 01/01/2004 will cover New Pension Scheme can get Provisional Pension according to Old Pension Scheme where Govt.Servant Died/Retired on medical invalidation.For details Please click this link to down load the order
