Now Govt.Servants can revise their initial Fixation option up to 31/12/2010 under CCS (Revised Pay) Rules 2008-Orders issued by Finance Ministry

Dear Comrades,
Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure issued orders Vide Memo No.7/14/2010-E.III (A) dated 05/07/2010 to Change their initial  fixation option of  Government Servants and can give a fresh option up to 31/12/2010, if the option is more benificial to them. The revised option shall be intimated to the Head of his office by the Government servants in accordance with the provision of Rule 6 (2) of the Revised Pay Rules, 2008. DOPT issued a wonderfull order regarding Govt. servants covered by New Pension Scheme

According to this order Govt. Servants who appointed on or after 01/01/2004 will cover New Pension Scheme can get Provisional Pension according to Old Pension Scheme where Govt.Servant Died/Retired on medical invalidation.For details Please click this link to down load the order
