            The competent authority has ordered the following promotions  the cadre of HSG-II(General Line) in the pay band Rs.9300-34,800 with Grade Pay Rs.4,200/- to the following LSG officials  with immediate effect and allotted to the regions noted against their names until further orders.

 Postmaster General, Kurnool Region,  Vishakapatnam Region & Hyderabad Region will issue necessary posting orders to the officials allotted to their regions.

The officials may exercise option for fixation of pay under provision of FR22(1)(a) (1), if they were not granted MACP-II previously, within one month from the date of assumption of charge in the promoted post .

          If any Disc cases are pending against the promoted official , they  should not be relieved on  their promotion and the same may be intimated to this office.

          In case if any official declines promotion an unconditional declination letter may please be forwarded to this office/circle office for its acceptance without any delay.

          The official should accept/ decline the promotion unconditionally in writing within one month from the date of issuance of this order.

          Charge reports may be sent to all the concerned .
