Review of pending items:
1.
Sanction of HRA to SPM Sabbavaram. SO in
Anakapalli Division.
2.
Proper
maintenance of UPS in Visakhapatnam Region.
Fresh items:
1-11/2013: Filling up of Accountant
Post at Razole.HO.
SPOs Amalapuram
replied to the Divisional Union no qualified
Accountant is
available .However ,RO, VM has been requested
to post Accountant Razole HO from neighbouring
Division.PMG
is requested to fill
up Accountant Post with willing officials
from the neighbouring Divisions.
2-11/2013: Supply of fake note detectors
to all Sub Post Offices in
Vijayanagaram Division.
This item was taken up by Division union
Previously with the
Divisioanal Administration and Divisional
Superintendent promised
that it will be supplied shortly. But so
far ,the fake note
detectors are not supplied.
SPOs replied in the latest
monthly meeting proposal for supply
of fake note detectors
submitted to RO. Kindly expedite the
action immediately.
3-11/2013: Shifting of lunch room at
Vijayanagaram .HO. The dining hall at
Vijayanagaram .HO is
situated in most hygienic place.
SPOs Vijayanagaram
stated that a proposal already submitted
to RO on 12th July
2013. RO is again addressed
