Review of pending items:

      

         1) Augmentation of the following posts at Chittoor Div.APM A/C at Madanapally .HO.

         2) Dequarterisation of the following staff quarters in Tirupathi  Division a) Tirupathi. HO b) Yerpedu     

             SO C) Papanaidupet SO.

         3)  Provision of tiles to bath rooms and rest rooms of staff quarters at Tirupathi.

New Items:

1-8/19: Dequarterization of Chittoor Collectorate SO as the quarter portion was occupied by IP and WCTC.

SPOs Chittoor replied that the case was referred to RO for approval. Expedite action immediately.

2-8/19: Arrangement of CC cameras at Mails branch and CPC branch at Tirupati HO.

SSPOs replied that a proposal was submitted to RO on 01.07.2019.

3-8/19: Drawal of HRA to SPM, Bangarupalem SO as SPM quarter portion was locked by the landlord .
