The Competent authority has ordered the following transfer in the cadre of Assistant Superintendent of Post Offices in Hyderabad City Region  with immediate effect and  until further orders.

                    The Postmaster General, Kurnool Region, Vijayawada Region, Vishakapatnam Region & Hyderabad Region will issue necessary posting orders to the officials allotted to their regions.

The officials in Part –III may exercise option for fixation of pay under provision of FR22(1)(a) (1), if they were not granted MACP-II previously, within one month from the date of assumption of charge in the promoted post .

          If any Disc cases are pending against the promoted official ,he should not be relieved on his promotion and the same may be intimated to this office.

          In case if any official declines promotion an unconditional declination letter may please be forwarded to this office/circle office for its acceptance without any delay.

          The official should accept/ decline the promotion unconditionally in writing within one month from the date of issuance of this order.

          Charge reports may be sent to all the concerned .
