Attention Divisional/Branch Secretaries and Circle Office Bearers

In response to Staff Side Item in respect of "engagement of out siders in vacant places in all the post offices", Circle office has issued instructions to all Regional Offices including Hyderabad City, Hyderabad South East and Secunderabad Division. It is also directed to intimate the action taken by them by 10/10/2013 on the item. Hence All Divisional/Branch Secretaries and Circle Office bearers are requested to identify the offices where shortage of staff due to vacant posts and enlighten the SPMs, Postmasters or office of incharges to send proposals to concerned divisional heads to utilise the services of out siders in the place of vacant posts for smooth functioning of the offices. This item has been taken up in the RJCM for over coming the shortage of staff besides filling up of all vacant posts in the circle.

DOPT issued a wonderfull order regarding Govt. servants covered by New Pension Scheme

According to this order Govt. Servants who appointed on or after 01/01/2004 will cover New Pension Scheme can get Provisional Pension according to Old Pension Scheme where Govt.Servant Died/Retired on medical invalidation.For details Please click this link to down load the order
