   Respected  Sir,

         The following items are submitting for discussion in the bi-monthly meeting scheduled to be held on 22^nd  January 2014 .This union will be represented by S/s 1) DASV Prasad Circle Secretary PA Secunderabad .HO 2) S B Sardar Divisional Secretary Chittoor Division PA Chittoor HO.

Review of pending items:

1)Supply of inverter to AC Nagar SO in Ananthapur Division.                  

2)Supply of Steel almirahs  to Chittoor HO to preserve all categories of

                 accounts ,records  of KYC . 

3) Non stoppage of recovery of union subscription by DDOs in Tirupathi  

                  Division from the official who has given  letter to withdraw their    

                  membership from the union . 

4)Drawl of HRA to SPM Penukonda Fort Sub Post Office:

                   SPOs Hindupur replied that RO Kurnool has directed the AE(CIVIL) to visit

                the building and report. Expedite action immediately.

       5) Non conducting of periodical meetings by Divn Superintendents with the   

                  Service unions.

                   Directorate is reiterating the orders of DOP&T No.of times,but Divn

                  Superintendents are not implementing. Instructions may be given to 

                  Implement the Directorate orders.      

Fresh items:

1-12/2013: Supply of one more Godrej cash chest to treasury branch  of Chittoor HO for keeping heavy cash.

                     SSPOs Chittoor replied to Divisional  union item in the month of August 2013 that  a      detailed report on providing  additional cash chest at treasury is wanted from Post Master Chittoor HO for onward submission to RO Kurnool. Expedite action immediately. 

2-12/2013: Providing of safety measures for remittance and keeping of heavy cash at SOs and BOs exceeding authorised limits in Chittoor Division.

                      SSPOs Chittoor Division replied to an union item in the month of August 2013 that necessary action will be taken on receipt of orders from RO. Expedite the action immediately. 

3-12/13: Immediate repairs to CC Cameras fixed at  Cuddapah HO is not working since long time and there is no security to cash at counters and treasury. N umbers of outsiders are coming to HO for different transactions.

                 SPOs Cuddapah replied to an union item in the monthly meeting that it will be pursued  with RO. Expedite action immediately.
