01-10/2013: Non clearing of up posted amount lying at HOs. It is requested to issue instructions to clear un posted amount immediately.
It is brought to the notice of this union that there is amount lying as un Posted in all the HOs throughout the circle. The un posted amount is up to the tune of some crores. Already the minus balances amount has been charged to UCP. It is requested to issue instructions to the concerned to clear the un posted amount and to post to their respective accounts or to charg to UCR (percontra credit to UCP). The work may please be entrusted to CBS teams.
02-10/2013: Non visiting of offices by authorised AMC’s(Tritranics) of UPS in regular intervals. It is requested to issue suitable instructions to the concerned to visit offices and have regular maintenance in regular intervals by the authorised UPS AMC (Tritronics).
It is brought to the notice of this union that the authorised AMC (tritronics) of UPS is not visiting and checking the offices in regular intervals. The AMC person visiting the office to change the batteries only i.e. after exhausting the batteries. Hence it is requested to issued suitable instructions to the concerned to visit offices for update maintanance in regular intervals to avoid damage to the batteries at the location.
03-10/2013: Issue of orders to engaging outsiders on daily basis in the vacant posts to overcome the shortage of staff and smooth functioning of the offices.
It is brought to the notice of this union that though there is a large scale recruitment in the circle, there is a acute shortage of staff in the divisions due to retirements/deaths. Hence it is requested to give suitable orders to engage outsiders in the vacant post to overcome the shortage of staff and complete the work without any pendency on daily basis
