Visakhapatnam Bi-monthly meeting items

Sub: - Submission of items for discussion in the Bi-monthly meeting scheduled to be held on 24-10-2013-reg.

Review of pending items: 
1.      Sanction of HRA to SPM Sabbavaram. SO in Anakapalli Division.           
2.     Proper maintenance of UPS in Visakhapatnam Region.           
3.    Immediate repair to UPS system at Amalapuram HO 
Fresh Items: 
01-10/2013: Immediate relieve of 12 PAs who are working at Visakhapatnam RO from Visakhapatnam Division 
Presently 12 PAs from Visakhapatnam division are working in Visakhapatnam RO on deputation basis, which leads to heavy shortage to Visakhapatnam division in addition to regular shortage. It is suggested that to take the officials from divisions under Visakhapatnam Region who are willing to work at RO on deputation basis. 
02-10/2013: Provision of water coolers at 1.Visakhapatnam HO 2.Waltair RS HO 
At present there are no water coolers in both the HOs and it is necessary. SSPOs Visakhapatnam replied that permission is pending at RO to purchase of water coolers. Kindly expedite the action immediately. 
03-10/2013:            Providing of Cycle shed at Rajahmundry HO 
The SPOs Rajahmundry replied that the item is pending with RO. kindly expedite the action immediately.

DOPT issued a wonderfull order regarding Govt. servants covered by New Pension Scheme

According to this order Govt. Servants who appointed on or after 01/01/2004 will cover New Pension Scheme can get Provisional Pension according to Old Pension Scheme where Govt.Servant Died/Retired on medical invalidation.For details Please click this link to down load the order
