Regulation of Journeys by Private Air Lines while availing LTC

Now DOPT clarified that "In all cases of air travel (including LTC) both domestic and international where the Government of India bears the cost of air passage, the official concerned may travel by Air India Only and it is also clarified that Travel by Air India need not apply to non entitled officials who travel by air and claim LTC reimbursement by entited class of rail" for detailed order copy please click the below link and down load.

CAT Hyderabad ordered CPMG,AP Circle to Convene DPC for thePost of APM(Accounts) in LSG cadre as Accountants seniority has to maintained from year of passing of Accountants Exam(Circle Seniority)

Dear Comrades,

Historical Judgement givenby the CAT Hyderabad in OA No.129/2007 between K.Ranganatham and others.In this Judgement it is clearly mentioned that the seniority of PO&RMS Accountants will be maintained at Circle level and their transfer liability only divisionalised. While delivering the Judgement clarified that"In the result, the OA is allowed. The impunged order of SSPOs Secunderabad Promoting the third respondent vide memo No. B-1/Fast TrackPromotions/Dlgs/03 dated 17/03/2004 and her posting as APM Accounts Trimulgherry HO vide order dated 21/04/2004 are wuashed and set aside. Her promotion to HSG-II vide memo No.ST/6-1 dated 10/10/2006 issued by APMG office of CPMG and her adhoc promotion to the cadre of HSG-I in memo No.ST/4-1 dated 22/12/2006 are also quashed and set aside. The second respondent is directed to convene the DPC for consideration of all the eligible candidateds, including the applicant to the post of APM Accounts in the LSG cadre and for subsequent promotion to the HSG-II and HSG-I cadres as per the recruitment rules. This order shall be complied with witin a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order".

Encashment of EL along with LTC for re-employed Govt. Servants

DOPT issued clarification regarding encashment of EL along with LTC for re-employed Govt.Servants vide Memo No.14028/1/2010-Estt.(L) dated 02/03/2010. In this regard, it is clarified that re-employed pensioner will be entitled to encashinent of Earned Leave aloiigwith LTC during the period of re-empioyment upto the linlit of 60 days in accordance with Rule 38-A (including the no. of days for which encashment has been allowed alongwith Leave Travel Concession while in service) provided he is entitled to LTC. Child Care Leave-Clarification regarding Age of Disabled Children

DOPT issued Child Care Leave clarification regarding the age limit of the disabled children vide Memo No.13018/6/2009-Estt.(L) dated 03/03/2010. DOPT issued good order in respect of Recruitment rules and Service conditions

Dear comrades,

DOPT in its order No.271812007-EO(SM.11) dated 17/02/2010 clearly issued instructions to all the Ministries/Departments that "no Ministry/Department shall issue any guideline/instruction in respect of the methods of recruitment and the conditions of service of any of the Central Services (except those exempted under the Allocation of Business Rules) or the All lndia Services without following the provisions of Government of lndia (Allocation of Business Rules), 1961 and the Government of lndia (Transaction of Business) Rules, 1961. If any Ministry/Department resorts to such action. the relevant order issued by it will be treated as non-est and the Department of Personnel and Training shall be authorized to declare the same as null and void as and when it comes to its notice".This order issued in continuation of their office letter of even No. dated 28/12/2007.Hence it is requested to all Divisional/Branch Secretaries to brought to the notice of this union if any such violations may come to your notice.
