Notice under Article 32 read with Article30(i)(ii)&(iii) ibid is hereby notified that the 34thBiennial Circle Conference of AIPEU Gr ’C’, AP Circle will be from 9th Sep 2012 to 11th Sep 2012. The Conference will be held at Dandu Maremma Kalyana Mandapam, Vijayanagaram Contonment,Vijayanagaram 535003.
The Biennial Conference will be presided over by Com. K. Narayana Rao President Circle Union.

1) Confirmation of proceedings of the last Biennial Circle Conference held at Anakapalli.
2) Consideration and adoption of biennial report.
3) Consideration and adoption of Audited Accounts for the years 2010-2011&2011-2012
4) Consideration and adoption of Postal unity Accounts.
5) Review of the general strikes 7th Sep 2010& 28th Feb 2012.
6) Review of differed postal JCA Strike.
7) Preparation for CG Employees strike on12-12-12
8) Discussion on Postal unity circulation.

Notice under Article 32 of the constitution of AIPEUGr’C’ is hereby given that the Circle Working Committee meeting of our Circle Union will be held on 8th Sep 2012 Dandu Maremma Kalyana Mandapam Vijayanagaram Contnonment,Vijayanagaram 535003 .The circle working committee will be presided by Com.K.Narayan Rao President of the circle union. All CWC members are requested to attend the meeting well in time.
