Merger of TSOs-Unilateral decision taken by Heads Of Circles

Dear Comrades,
The unilateral Decision of merger of TSOs taken by Heads Of Circles Meeting held during second week of April 2010 at Ghaziabad.CPMG disclosed the decision in a meeting with Circle secretary.I requested CPMG to give the same in writing we will discuss and intimate our response.Accordingly CPMG,A.P.Circle addressed all the Circle Secretaries. The letter addressed to me is placed here for the information of the menbers and I request all the Divisional/Branch Secretaries to send their views either in writing or through email to Circle union.The issue will be discussed in the CWC and decision taken by circle union will be intimated very shortly. The issue has been brought to the notice of Federation and Central Head Quarters also. 
MEMBERS WHOSE MACP HAS BEEN DECLINED DUE TO NOT HAVING 'GOOD'BENCH MARK  ARE REQUESTED REPRESENT TO CONCERNED APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES AND A COPY OF REPRESENTATION MAY PLEASE SENT TO CIRCLE UNION FOR FURTHER PROCESSING. i REQUEST ALL CIRCLE OFFICE BEARERS AND BRANCH/DIVISIONAL SECRETARIES AND ACTIVE MEBERS OF THE UNION TO CHECK UP THE CASES IN YOUR DIVISION AND EDUCATE THE MEMBERS TO REPRESENT AGAINST THE ORDERS OF SCREENING COMMITTEE TO APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY.

DOPT issued a wonderfull order regarding Govt. servants covered by New Pension Scheme

According to this order Govt. Servants who appointed on or after 01/01/2004 will cover New Pension Scheme can get Provisional Pension according to Old Pension Scheme where Govt.Servant Died/Retired on medical invalidation.For details Please click this link to down load the order
