             In pursuance of the orders contained in Department of Posts, New Delhi letter No.  A-34013/02/2014-DE dated 7/2/2014, the following candidates who came out successful in the Inspector Post examination 2013 are approved for promotion by the Competent Authority to the cadre of Inspector Posts in the pay Band of  Rs. 9300 – 34,800/- with Grade pay  of Rs. 4200/- in PB-2 band and allotted to the Regions noted against each.

                       The Postmasters General, Hyderabad / Kurnool / Vijayawada / Visakhapatnam Regions are requested to issue necessary posting orders to the above officials immediately against the vacant posts in the cadre of Inspector Posts and commence their field attachments by attaching them with only one ASPO / SPO with good training skills. The IP candidates will be imparted induction training as and when slots are available in Postal Training Centre.

         

                   Posting orders in respect of official reallotted to Hyderabad City Region will be issued separately.

                   The Inspector Posts reallotted vice part-A above may be relieved in April 2014 as we are at the end of the financial year.The competent authority has strictly ordered to relieve the officials based on Circle Office orders. Not relieving the officials is leading to complaints and grievances from Association.

                   The region allotment and proforma promotion  in respect of APS officials at Sl.No.2,5,6,7,8,9 of Part-B  will be issued separately on their discharge from APS to Civil wing.

                       On receipt of the posting orders the officials may please be relieved and directed to join in the promotional posts immediately in case there are no Vigilance / Disciplinary cases pending against them. If any Disc/Vig cases are pending ,  the same has to be intimated to this office.

                       The appointment is purely provisional and temporary. The appointee will be on probation for a period of two years and during this period, if his work and/or conduct is/are found to be unsatisfactory, he will stand discharged from the service. The period of probation may be extended at the discretion of the appointing authority.

                       The officials may exercise option for fixation of pay under the provisions of FR 22 (1) (a) (1) within one month from the date of assumption of charge in the promotional post.

                         Grant of leave and other aspects are to be done as in the practice now in respect of induction training for promoted officials.

  

                       Charge reports may be sent to all concerned.
