On Friday the problems faced by the staff side in respect of disbursement of social security pensions has been discussed with the CPMG. In continuation of the discussion had with CPMG an email was sent regarding necessary arrangements to be made at the post office for the general public who came for taking the disbursement. The copy of the message is reproduced below for the information of the members. The staff problems may please be brought to the notice of the circle union for taking up with the CPMG.

"The Social security pensions are going to disbursed through post offices. In this connection it is bring to your kind notice that the beneficiaries like handicapped and old aged persons will attend the various post offices in the circle for disbursement in large number. It will take reasonable time to complete the formalities and effect the payment to the beneficiaries. Therefore it is requested to arrange to issue suitable orders for necessary seating arrangement like shamiyana(Tent) and chairs at the post office on the day of disbursement so as to wait comfortably up to their turn for taking the payment"
